Enhance accreditation processes at McGill University as the Accreditation and Quality Improvement Officer. Collaborate with senior leaders to oversee PGME accreditation and quality improvement initiatives. In this full time role, you report to the Director of Administration and Operations within Medical Education.
Your expertise will help interpret and implement accreditation standards, manage accreditation committees, and ensure compliance across various programs. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, guiding them in documentation and reporting, while identifying threats to accreditation. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in accreditation standards and processes
- Manage accreditation committees and meetings efficiently
- Organize submission of accreditation reports to bodies
- Follow up on mandatory improvements from accreditation reviews
- Plan annual accreditation activities and events Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with three years of experience
- Proven project management in complex settings
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset
