Business Analyst - Non-IT – 4

Location Address: 4 King St. W, Toronto, 15th Floor – hybrid – onsite 4/week

Contract Duration: 7 months

Possibility of extension

Number of Positions: 1

Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week (Possible OT)

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

1. 7+ years of Business Analysis experience (Demonstrated experience leading requirements and analysis activities on large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.)

2. Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices including backlog refinement, story mapping, sprint planning, user story development, and acceptance criteria definition.

3. 5+ years of Experience performing current-state analysis, target-state design, gap analysis, and business process re-engineering.

4. Strong understanding of regulatory and risk considerations within Wealth Management, including CIRO, AML, Fraud Management, and KYC requirements

Experience with Jira/Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, PPT, and Word

Nice-To-Have Skills:

- experience within Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, or Financial Services environments.

- Proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools

- Proficiency with Postman and API testing tools

Best VS. Average Candidate: The ideal candidate will have robust BA experience combined with Wealth Management experience and understanding.

Candidate Review & Selection

2 rounds

1st round – HM + 1 – 45 mins – in-person (behavioural/situational questions)

2nd round – HM + Director – 30 mins – MS Teams Video (take home assignment to be completed before 2nd round IV)
