Are you an experienced Operations Officer seeking a dynamic role?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Banking Associate-CSC/CPA. The position involves providing essential operational support within a fast-paced financial environment, executing transactions accurately, managing sensitive information, and contributing to process improvements. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and gain exposure to various systems.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr– $27.70/hr

Responsibilities

Review, process, and validate daily transactions with high accuracy and timeliness

Track productivity and ensure compliance with established procedures and SLAs

Handle sensitive client and operational data with discretion and confidentiality

Escalate complex or high-risk issues promptly and appropriately

Support continuous process improvements by identifying efficiencies and participating in initiatives

Collaborate with team members to meet shared objectives and deadlines

Maintain comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory policies and operational guidelines

Contribute to reporting and analysis for special projects and operational metrics

Desired Skill-Set

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros

Familiarity with macro processing and MS Office suite





Excellent communication and organizational skills

Business maturity with sound judgment and professionalism

Ability to handle high volumes of work within strict deadlines

Solid attention to detail and accuracy

Self-motivated, independent, and a quick learner

Experience handling sensitive information and adhering to confidentiality protocols

Nice to Have

Prior experience in trade processing or cash product operations (loans, deposits, swaps, forwards)

Knowledge of Global and WSS platforms

Demonstrated leadership and proactive problem-solving skills
