part‑time fixed‑term role
for
15–24 hours per week , with flexible scheduling and the potential to extend. It is a strong chance for someone looking to apply or deepen their experience in a national FMCG business while working closely with cross‑functional teams.
What you’ll do
Support invoice routing, records management, and general administration
Prepare sales and consumption reporting for key retail customers
Coordinate promotional programs, displays, broker communication, and core commercial reference data
Use AI tools to help create a monthly Ricola Canada newsletter summarizing brand activity for Canadian customers
Support environmental stewardship reporting and related submissions across provinces
What we’re looking for
Experience or coursework in business, commerce, operations, finance, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and confidence managing multiple priorities
Strong Excel skills and comfort with data, reporting, and administrative processes
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and Copilot
Clear communication skills and an interest in commercial operations, FMCG, and in‑market execution
