The role owns the customer complaint process, ensuring timely investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. The position drives continual improvement by monitoring quality KPIs and collaborating with process owners to align performance with business and customer expectations. This is a hybrid role based in Burnaby, BC.
