• Coordinate clinician schedules for clients and field staff
• Manage incoming calls and maintain confidential communications
• Fax documents and liaise with physician offices
• Participate in shared on-call responsibilities
• Assist with additional office tasks and recruitment
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Background in Home Health, Caregiving, or Office Management
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Preferred: CNA certification or scheduling experience
