This is not dating app recruiting or high-volume outreach — our approach is personal, curated, and discreet.We are seeking apart-time Matchmaking Recruiter / Connectorto help grow the PrimeMatch database by identifying and engaging high-quality singles who align with our values and demographic.This role is ideal for someone who naturally connects with people, enjoys thoughtful conversations, and has a strong sense of discernment.The RoleThis is aflexible, part-time positionto start (approximately 8–15 hours per week), with opportunity to grow as PrimeMatch expands.You will be responsible for sourcing, meeting, and onboarding potential database members through a mix of online outreach, referrals, and in-person interactions, including events.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage eligible singles aligned with the PrimeMatch demographic and valuesConduct initial conversations (virtual or in-person) to assess interest and general fitInvite qualified individuals to join the PrimeMatch databaseAttend and support select PrimeMatch events and partner events in CalgaryRepresent PrimeMatch with professionalism, warmth,
