Join QuadReal Property Group as a Co-op Intern in Portfolio Reporting focusing on Real Estate Debt. This role offers hands-on experience in analytics, data management, and reporting while enhancing your finance skills. As a Co-op Intern based in Vancouver, you will report directly to the Senior Analyst of Portfolio Reporting.

You will work across teams such as Investment, FP&A;, Valuations, Research, and Accounting to advance portfolio analytics. Engage in cash flow forecasting, data analysis, and financial modeling while gaining insights into the investment process. Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage financial models in Excel and Anaplan
- Analyze portfolio returns and market trends
- Validate and reconcile data from various systems
- Prepare management reports for senior leadership
- Develop portfolio analytics using Power BI Requirements:
- Enrolled in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- Robust analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI knowledge preferred
- Previous real estate experience is a plus
