Leaps & Bounds Children’s Centre is a licensed, non-profit child care centre with 3 locations in Arnprior Renfrew, and Pembroke. The Renfrew location is based out of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic School.

We offer Toddler, Preschool, Kindergarten and School Aged Programs. We require 1 Permanent RECE for our Preschool Program beginning approx. September 15th, working approx. 35-40 hours per week, working 7.5 to 8 hours a day. The rate of pay is $25.52 per hour plus 4% holiday pay. These hours have the ability to qualify for $2.00/hour WEG (Wage Enhancement Grant) as well and CWELCC top-up. This posting is for an already existing position which has opened up and it requires:





- Registered with the College of ECE - Experience with young children - Current Standard First Aid / CPR C - Current Criminal Reference Check for the Vulnerable Sector - Proof of up to date immunizations and ability to get note from a medical practitioner indicating positive health - WHMIS, AODA, CCEYA certificates Recommended:
- Knowledge of CCEYA and HDLH Considered an Asset:
- Experience with children in a licensed childcare centre - Experience with children with special needs - Child centered educational background (RECE, DSW, etc)
