Hiring: Part-Time Auto Glass Receptionist / Administrator

Iconic Auto Glass Ltd. is looking for an experienced and reliable Receptionist / Auto Glass Administrator to join our team in Surrey, BC.

Previous Auto Glass & QuickBooks Experience Required

We are looking for someone who has previous experience working at an auto glass company and is comfortable handling QuickBooks, invoicing, ICBC claims, scheduling, and customer service.

Responsibilities

- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Schedule auto glass appointments
- Coordinate customer bookings and technician schedules
- Handle ICBC claims and related paperwork
- Communicate with ICBC, insurance companies, suppliers, and customers
- Create and manage invoices using QuickBooks
- Maintain customer accounts and payment records
- Process payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Order and confirm glass availability with suppliers
- Prepare work orders and maintain accurate records
- Provide skilled customer service
- Perform general office and administrative duties

Qualifications




- Previous auto glass industry experience required
- QuickBooks experience required
- Knowledge of ICBC claims and procedures
- Experience with auto glass scheduling and invoicing
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy shop environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Experience with GlasPacLX, Mitchell, Entegral, or similar systems is an asset
- Punjabi/Hindi language skills are an asset

Schedule: Thursday to Saturday
