At the Ontario Native Women's Association (ONWA), the Recruiter plays a crucial role in sourcing and securing top talent aligned with our vision.

This position emphasizes collaboration with managers, innovative recruitment strategies, and compliance with legislative requirements. You'll maintain recruitment systems, support onboarding, and strengthen partnerships to enhance ONWA's workforce. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for diverse roles
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for effective hiring
- Maintain recruitment systems and ensure compliance
- Foster community partnerships to build talent pipelines Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-3 years of recruitment or HR experience
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS technologies
- Solid interviewing and selection skills
- Ability to analyze and report on recruitment data Drive effective recruitment and build a culturally informed workforce at ONWA.
