Reporting directly to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, screening, and acquiring top talent and providing an exceptional onboarding experience for recent staff.

The Recruitment

Coordinator is an effective administrator who thrives on connecting with people, understanding their unique strengths,



and matching them with opportunities to thrive. Execute the full cycle recruiting process for Class 1 Drivers. Field candidate phone calls and walk-in inquiries.

Screen applications and conduct preliminary phone interviews. Schedule interviews, road tests, and orientation sessions with candidates. Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure candidate data is accurate and organized.

Ensure an exceptional recruitment experience is delivered for all candidates.

Related

University degree or college diploma is an asset. ~ Strong commitment to customer satisfaction. ~ Strong knowledge & experience with MS Office Suite and Teams.
