- Lead the internal and external recruiting process
- Create and implement targeted sourcing plans using social media, internal databases, job boards, networking, internet searches, and events
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to define and implement recruitment and selection strategies
- Recruit talent across Fidelity group of companies within Canada and at all levels
- Partner with Talent Acquisition coordinators on recruitment administration and coordination
- Contribute to projects and initiatives advancing the talent acquisition function
- Support onboarding of dedicated Fidelity team members

Requirements

- 3-5 years’ experience as a recruiter, preferably within a corporate workplace
- Prior recruitment experience is required
- Completion of university degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the financial services industry is an asset
- Bilingualism in French/English is an asset
- Completion of or working towards the CHRP designation is an asset
- Strong communication and social skills
- Excellent sourcing and screening skills
- Ability to establish relationships with all levels across the organization
- Ability to thrive in a energetic, fast-paced, result-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities/demands
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about the investment/wealth management industry




- Proactive and persistent approach to meeting strategic objectives
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Current work authorization for Canada is required
