Job Overview The Sr. Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will be responsible for the availability, performance, security, and scalability of Broadridge's infrastructure and applications. The role works closely with development & operations teams to streamline the software development lifecycle, automate processes, and maintain reliable, scalable systems.Key Responsibilities Monitor systems and lead incident response for production outages; develop and enhance monitoring systems such as Datadog.Design and maintain scalable infrastructure using IaC tools (Chef, Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).Ensure stability, performance, and scalability of Linux‐based infrastructure and services while applying SRE practices to meet reliability targets (SLAs, SLOs, SLIs).Build, manage, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid and safe release cycles.Develop and implement scripts and tooling to automate repetitive operational tasks.Collaborate with security teams to ensure DevOps practices comply with security and compliance standards.Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to foster a DevOps culture and robust engineering processes.Design and manage cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure, GCP or other environments.Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in systems and applications.Required Skills and Qualifications 7+ years of experience in a DevOps,



SRE or similar role.Hands‐on experience administering Linux, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and security hardening.Proficiency with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).Experience with IaC tools (Chef, Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Jenkins or other pipelines).Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go).Expertise in Git version control.Experience deploying and managing containers and Kubernetes clusters in production.Knowledge of CI/CD lifecycle and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.Preferred Qualifications Cloud certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, DevOps Expert, etc.).Security knowledge: vulnerability management, firewall, encryption.Networking familiarity (VPC, VPN, load balancing).Experience with microservices architecture and deployment at scale.Compensation Salary range: CAD $100,000 – $125,000.
