This role merges clinical practice and strategic leadership across multiple veterinary hospitals. We are seeking an experienced Regional Medical Director to oversee veterinary practices in Western Canada. This full-time position focuses on promoting high standards of care and mentoring veterinarians while partnering with hospital teams for operational success.

Your role will involve direct hands-on care and the development of medical protocols tailored to regional needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Champion high standards of veterinary medicine in hospitals
- Coach and mentor veterinarians through in-clinic visits




- Collaborate with operations for medical excellence and performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and qualified standards
- Lead recruitment initiatives for veterinarian candidates Requirements:
- DVM degree from an accredited veterinary institution
- 5–7 years of clinical experience in small animal medicine
