Work with kids. Play with purpose. Make an impact. Go home fulfilled. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Elevation Autism Center, you will work 1-on-1 with children ages 1–6 who have received a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.

You will be the one helping them build life-changing skills like communication, independence, social interaction, and play. No experience? No problem. Just bring patience, heart, and a willingness to learn.

- Nails must be no longer than ¼ inch past the fingertip.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and sit on the floor for extended periods.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs to ensure child safety.
- Ability to continuously observe and monitor a child to ensure their safety, respond immediately to their needs, and visually track and record their behavior and responses in real time for accurate data collection.
