Registered Behaviour Analyst | Toronto | Adult Developmental Services

We're hiring on behalf of a well-established non-profit supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the City of Toronto. This is community-based work, not clinic-based.

The role

- Caseload of roughly 15 to 20 people across group living, respite and day programs
- Functional behaviour assessments and behaviour support plans
- Training, coaching and feedback for the direct support teams on site
- Fully autonomous scheduling, no fixed office days, offices available across the city if you want them

What we're looking for

- Registration as a Behaviour Analyst with the CPBAO
- Experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities is ideal
- Clinic, school or paediatric backgrounds welcome if you're genuinely looking to move into adult community work




- Someone who is as good at coaching staff as they are at clinical work, because in this setting the staff team is how change actually happens
