Oracle Fusion HCM Integration Developer | Build Enterprise Identity Automation with Entra ID & Active Directory Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Integration Developer in the mining industry in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. We are seeking a senior Integration Developer to lead the design and implementation of a critical onboarding and offboarding integration between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and Microsoft Entra ID/Active Directory. This project will support a major ERP transformation initiative by automating identity lifecycle management using SCIM provisioning, PowerShell automation, and Azure integration technologies. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-visibility enterprise project with direct impact on user provisioning, security, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Design end-to-end integration architecture between Oracle Fusion HCM and Microsoft Entra ID/Active Directory Build transformation processes to convert Oracle HCM delta data into SCIM-compliant payloads Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Azure Logic Apps,
