Cleantech is seeking an In office Project Coordinator for a residential building in Richmond. You will serve as a liaison between trades and residents, deliver excellent customer service, and help manage building services, maintenance activities, and access schedules. You will coordinate daily access for trades, maintain the building calendar, respond to inquiries, and ensure smooth communication with residents and trades. This contract role runs September to February with a 9-5 schedule.
