We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in hospital, outpatient, or home care settings, including medication administration and wound management
- Monitor patient vital signs, assess symptoms, and document medical histories accurately using electronic health records systems such as Epic and Cerner
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs
- Assist with laboratory procedures such as phlebotomy and coordinate diagnostic testing to support accurate diagnoses
- Manage pain effectively through medication administration and non-pharmacological methods, ensuring patient comfort at all times
- Provide specialized care for pediatric, senior, dementia, or assisted living patients,



demonstrating sensitivity to unique needs
- Support case management activities by coordinating follow-up care, educating patients and families on treatment plans, and facilitating smooth transitions between care settings

Requirements

- Valid nursing license with current registration in Ontario region
- Proven hospital experience with a strong background in acute care environments
- Experience working with electronic health records systems like Epic and Cerner is highly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in pain management, medication administration, and medical terminology
- Prior experience in pediatric, home care, nursing home or senior care settings is desirable
- Knowledge of dementia care practices and assisted living protocols is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
