This role accommodates full-time, part-time, or casual hours with 8-hour flexible shifts. You will collaborate with healthcare teams, oversee medication, and create personalized care plans for residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of resident health conditions
- Create and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and provide wound care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for resident-centered care
- Mentor RPNs and PSWs, guiding their development

Requirements:

- Current RN license in Ontario (CNO)
- BSN preferred; CPR and First Aid certified
- Previous long-term care experience strongly preferred
- Robust clinical judgment for complex needs
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
