Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex mechanical systems and products for diverse applications.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to a team of mechanical engineers working remotely.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Conduct advanced engineering analysis and simulations to validate critical design aspects and optimize performance.
- Collaborate closely with remote cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and manufacturing, to achieve project milestones.




- Champion best practices in mechanical design, quality assurance, and documentation within a virtual environment.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Expertise in CAD/CAE software (e.g., SolidWorks, ANSYS) and strong analytical skills.
- Proven experience managing complex projects and leading engineering teams, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting .
- Deep understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and electromechanical integration.
