High-Rise Project Manager

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Salary: $130,000–$170,000

Our client is seeking an experienced High-Rise Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of major residential construction projects in Mississauga. This role is ideal for a strong construction skilled who can manage budgets, schedules, consultants, trades, and client expectations from preconstruction through completion.

The ideal candidate has proven experience leading high-rise residential projects and understands the pace, coordination, and problem-solving required to deliver complex builds on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-rise residential construction projects from planning through occupancy
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and reporting
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, trades, municipalities,

• Identify risks early and resolve issues before they impact project delivery
• Lead project meetings and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, design, and schedule expectations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on high-rise residential projects
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, contracts, budgets, and scheduling
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive accountability
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working on projects in the GTA is a robust asset
