Overview The Program Manager for Federal Government position with Konica Minolta was created to manage the National Master Standing Offer contract between Konica Minolta (as a a supplier of Workplace Technology Devices) and Shared Services Canada. The primary responsibility is to manage this program across Canada and ensure that KM meets all mandatory requirements as set out by this purchasing vehicle through the Federal Government. Coordinates various project resources and integrates the appropriate logistical support to accomplish the project tasks based on business judgment. Reports on growth, performance, challenges and recommendations for the continued success and profitability of the program.
Le poste de gestionnaire de programme pour le gouvernement fédéral chez Konica Minolta a été créé pour gérer le contrat national Master Standing Offer entre Konica Minolta (en tant que fournisseur d'appareils technologiques pour le milieu de travail) et Services partagés Canada. La responsabilité principale est de gérer ce programme à l'échelle du Canada et de s'assurer que KM respecte toutes les exigences obligatoires fixées par ce véhicule d'achat via le gouvernement fédéral. Responsibilities Summary
Oversee Federal government program and required team to meet/exceed mandatory criteria of vehicle
Ensure government program compliance
Manage portal requirements and required reporting
Ongoing security clearance management – maintain list for both direct and dealer channel
Monitor product categories and quarterly price refresh
Cost model analysis with pricing team to ensure competitive ranking
Oversee mandatory reporting for individual DISO’s ensure SLT (Service Level Targets)’s are exceeded
SSC Program manager and primary contact for WTD
Ensure alignment with optimized print services program
Active participation in meetings with departments and strategies for DISO’s
Responsibilities Project Management
Assists in determining appropriate project individuals and resources in order to optimize client satisfaction
Documents information on client operating environment and business practices and communicates to the project team
Project Communication
Monitors established time frames as well as the process and progress of schedules to ensure that project deliverables are met
Maintains open lines of communication with clients to ensure engagement adheres to schedule
Help to manage resources and responsibilities for DISO opportunities and contracts
Project Documentation
Provides accurate and timely information to management on the performance measurement, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction areas of the project
Documents all meeting data; provides regular status reports to all team members, client, and internal management
Maintains data and files in order to track performance metrics, and expenses associated with projects and contractors
Quarterly report to MVP for program update, suggestions and requirements
Sales & Operations Management
Oversee sales division managing a multi-tiered inside sales team—supporting the career development of both junior and senior reps—while directly overseeing (GOC) Executive Account Manager to maximize high-value accounts.
Support Project Delivery and Client Delivery Managers in their role to ensure contract T&C;/SLAs are adhered to in DISO deployments and steady state.
Manage external (3rd party) vendor ecosystems associated with Government of Canada Contract.
Execute cost-optimization strategies through rigorous contract negotiations.
Track and report sales data and unit forecasting to assist with inventory allocation
Conduct monthly check point meetings to ensure Vendor commitments to the GOC contract remain complaint.
Additional Responsibilities
Ongoing security clearance management – provide instructions, guidance, and training on Personal Security Clearance for qualified KM and dealer channel staff.
Train and guide KM and Dealer staff through various other levels of security requirements, such as RCMP detachment and DND base visitor access.
Track clearances by region and record in GOC Service Portal for alignment of service calls.
Report gaps and assist Branch Service Managers with ongoing maintenance of security cleared staff.
Participate in all GOC initiated audits.
Review and validate incoming GOC RFPs outside of WTD contract. Evaluate compliancy and accuracy of contract terms and financial viability of pricing structures to balance competitive market positioning with company profitability.
