EOSOL Group is seeking a Port Operations Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all pre-project operational activities within port facilities and laydown yards.
The skilled will serve as the key on-site operational leader managing field execution teams and contractors performing punch list inspections and repairs, Technical Notification (TN) installations, long-term maintenance, component cleaning, and preservation prior to site dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise regional port and yard operations.
- Coordinate punch list completion and corrective action management.
- Manage repairs and technical modifications on components.
- Oversee Technical Notification (TN) installations.
- Execute long-term maintenance, component cleaning, and preservation activities.
- Plan and control work schedules for site execution teams.
- Supervise field crews and contractors.
- Guarantee components leave the port in fully compliant, installation-ready condition.
- Drive quality assurance, documentation, and operational tracking.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, logistics, quality, and site teams.
- Enforce site safety compliance and work permit controls (LOTO, hot work, etc.).
