JOB OVERVIEW

Middlesex Therapy Centre is a growing private practice in North London. We’re looking for a master’s-level Registered Social Worker or fully Registered Psychotherapist to join our friendly and collaborative team.

We have a very strong preference for someone with experience supporting clients with ADHD and/or first responders. Experience with couples, families, teens, neurodivergence, burnout, or helping professionals is also an asset.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, Psychotherapy, or a related field
- Registered Social Worker in positive standing with the OCSWSSW or fully Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the CRPO
- Professional liability insurance
- Minimum of 10 in-person clinical hours per week in London
- Ability to work independently while remaining connected and collaborative with the team

Please note that qualifying registrants are not being considered for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide individual, couples, or family psychotherapy within your areas of competence




- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-informed approaches
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Follow all confidentiality, ethical, and regulatory requirements
- Build strong and collaborative therapeutic relationships
- Communicate with the practice regarding scheduling, referrals, and client care as needed

We use Jane for all scheduling, charting, invoicing, payments, and practice administration.

COMPENSATION

This independent contractor position begins with a 60/40 fee split. At the current individual session rate of $165, the therapist earns $99 per session.
