As a Registry Associate, you will provide front-line services to customers accessing Government of Alberta services for personal and corporate clients. This role will also assess Registry needs and assist in the development of systems and processes to improve performance and accuracy. What You Will Do -
- Provide customers with an excellent customer experience, embracing the Drayden core values
- Provide a wide range of registry services on behalf of the Government of Alberta, in an accurate and efficient manner, ensuring compliance in accordance with applicable privacy legislation
- Perform clerical duties, including, data entry,
filing and other routine office tasks, as required
- Collect customer's payments, in the form of cash, cheque, credit or debit
- Balance and reconcile daily transactions
- Promote business development from registries to insurance
- Complete administrative reports
- Other related tasks as required
What You Bring to the Team –
- Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Organizational and time management skills
