Release Manager – PLM Applications (Teamcenter Preferable)

Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)

- Plan, coordinate, and execute release activities for PLM application deployments, upgrades, and patches.
- Collaborate with project managers, functional/technical consultants, development teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless release cycles.
- Hands-on experience managing cutovers and go-live activities for PLM applications (Teamcenter, Enovia, Windchill, or equivalent).
- Oversee release governance, approvals, and compliance with defined processes.
- Identify potential risks in release activities and develop mitigation plans.
- Track release progress, provide status updates, and ensure timely communication to business and IT leadership.
- Conduct post-release reviews and drive continuous improvement in release processes.
- Work closely with change management and support teams to ensure smooth handover to operations.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Release & Change Management).
