Airswift is recruiting an experienced Reliability Engineer for a major Oil and Gas client in Fort McMurray, Alberta, on a 1-year contract that may extend.
This position requires a deep understanding of reliability strategies, data analysis, and collaboration with various technical teams. You will contribute to ensuring optimal performance and sustainability of fixed equipment within heavy industrial environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of fixed equipment reliability strategies
- Conduct RCM and RBI assessments effectively
- Analyze equipment performance and failure data
- Collaborate closely with Inspection and Operations teams
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies for degradation Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering
- 5-10 years in refining, upgrading, and petrochemical
- Proven experience with RCM and RBI methodologies
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
