We are currently seeking an experienced
Paralegal
to join our Litigation law group at our
Downtown office.
This is a full-time, in-office, permanent position.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Organizing and managing client files
Receiving, reviewing, analyzing, and organizing documents
Creating lists of documents
Drafting pleadings, applications, affidavits, and other court documents
Communicating with clients and opposing counsel
Conducting court searches
Conducting research on case law, records, court files, and other legal documents
Providing assistance on other files as needed

An ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high volume and fast-paced workplace
Works well both independently and as part of a team
Required and Preferred Qualifications :
A paralegal certificate and/or diploma from an accredited institution
Minimum 4 years’ experience within a law firm
Minimum 2 years’ experience within litigation
Proficiency with MS Office applications
Experience with iManage is preferred
Experience with Elite Workspace is preferred
Salary:
Thesalary range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000. annually
