In this role, you will be responsible for inbound sales and managing our e-commerce platform, TruPar.Com.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging inbound sales leads received by phone, chat, and email requestsMaintaining relationships with repeat customersResponding to form submissions and delivering accurate quotes to customersGuiding customers with identifying the correct parts and upselling where appropriateCollaborating with Customer Service Representatives and Account ExecutivesMaintaining relationships with repeat customersMaintaining accurate information in the CRMRequired Skills & Qualifications1 to 3 years of previous customer service experiencePrior experience working with an ecommerce platform and/or CRM system is an assetStrong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)



or Google WorkspacePost‑secondary education in a related field such as business administrationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsConfident self‑starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitudeCoachable and a willingness to continuously learnCompensation & BenefitsThe base pay for this role is: $45,000 annually plus uncapped commission.
