- Educate donors about our programs and their impact
- Conduct 120+ scripted fundraising calls daily
- Process donations confidentially and ethically
- Handle inbound and outbound donor inquiries promptly
- Assist in data management for donor information Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of call center experience
- Knowledge of Islamic practices, including Ramadan
- Robust customer service skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
