- Assist in preparing and finalizing quarterly and annual financial reports
- Review and format reports for publication on the Investor Relations website
- Support report-presentation improvements, including translations and AODA compliance for online documents
- Participate in multi-way reconciliation and cross-checking of data across reports
- Coordinate with external vendors or departments for printing, formatting, and regulatory submissions
- Maintain financial data, including rounding consistency and cross-report validation
- Review documents for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors
- Update spreadsheets and Word documents using Excel and Word, including macros where applicable
- Support adherence to regulatory and reporting deadlines during quarter-end periods
- Organize files, track timelines, and assist with supplemental regulatory disclosures
- Work primarily with the Manager and Senior Analyst and collaborate with other team members during quarter-end

Requirements

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Must intend to return to school at the end of the work term
- Enrolled or planning to pursue a CPA designation, or committed to pursuing a career in Finance Transformation
- Financial acumen and orientation toward curiosity, innovation, and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Understanding of financial statements, external reporting, and regulatory documents
- Experience checking documents for accuracy and consistency, including spelling and grammar
- Advanced Excel and Word skills,



including spreadsheet and document formatting
- Ability to match figures and maintain professional formatting and wording
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly
- Ability to propose process improvements and respond constructively to feedback
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends during peak reporting periods
- Openness to learning and adaptability
