The Refugee Centre in Montréal is seeking an experienced part time HR Coordinator to support a workforce of about 50 employees. The HR Coordinator will manage day-to-day HR administration, onboarding and offboarding, benefits, employee records, and routine employee relations, including coordinating internal committees. This is mainly remote (approximately 18 hours per week) with in-person onboarding, interviews, meetings, and scheduled activities.
