About the Role

We are seeking an Integration Project Delivery Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee

integration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with

business objectives. The role focuses on project management and coordination rather

than hands-on technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and manage integration projects across multiple teams and systems.
  
  
  
  
• Coordinate with technical and functional teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Communicate status updates, escalations, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews with internal teams and clients.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in integration or middleware projects.
• Basic understanding of integration platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, Informatica, SnapLogic, etc.) is a plus.
• Solid organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Nice to Have

• PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience working with distributed or global teams.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
