This full-time role requires collaboration with engineering and operations teams to develop and implement cutting-edge production systems. You'll lead equipment installations and tackle complex manufacturing challenges in a dynamic environment. Approximately 25% travel is expected to support project launches and production setups.

Key Responsibilities:



• Design 2D and 3D production line layouts using CAD software • Integrate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and tooling • Support setup of machines and automation systems • Lead production line handovers including training and documentation • Analyze production data to recommend operational improvements

Requirements: • Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience • 3 to 7+ years in manufacturing or industrial engineering • Proficient in SolidWorks and process simulation tools • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and ergonomics • Experience with automation equipment and CNC machinery
