An established and values-driven manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join its leadership team.This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on operational experience. The successful candidate will oversee all core HR functions while helping foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.Key Responsibilities- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives- Support employee relations, performance management, and retention strategies- Develop, maintain, and interpret HR policies and procedures- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, workplace standards, and health & safety requirements- Support compensation, benefits administration, attendance management, WSIB, LTD, and return-to-work programs- Partner with managers and supervisors to provide coaching and HR guidance- Coordinate training initiatives,



including legislative and safety training programs- Participate in workplace investigations and promote a safe and respectful work environment- Maintain HR records, reporting, and day-to-day HR administrationQualifications- 5–8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within manufacturing- Strong understanding of Ontario employment legislation including ESA, OHSA, Human Rights legislation, and Pay Equity- Experience supporting Health & Safety initiatives and Joint Health & Safety Committees- CHRP or CHRL designation considered an asset- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environmentWhat We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a confident, approachable, and solutions-oriented HR professional who leads with professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.
