About the Role

Exam Supervisors play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of CPA examinations. They help ensure that exam rules, regulations, and security protocols are consistently upheld while providing support to exam writers and fellow exam contractors.

Exam Supervisors are entrusted with secure and confidential exam materials and are responsible for maintaining the integrity of the examination process at all times. During exam administrations, they monitor exam rooms, assist candidates as required, and respond professionally to any issues that may arise.

Successful Supervisors are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a fair, secure, and positive exam experience for all writers.

We are currently seeking Supervisors for the exam centre in Saskatoon. Supervisors play a critical role in upholding the integrity, security, and confidentiality of the CPA examination process at CPAWSB exam centres.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Maintaining custody, confidentiality, and safekeeping of all exam materials
- Enforcing strict exam processes and CPA Exam Regulations
- Ensuring all procedures, activities, and events consistently meet the highest standards of exam integrity
- Providing on-site leadership and addressing issues using sound professional judgement

Time Commitment

- Able to dedicate 7 to 12 hrs per exam day, depending on the exam offering.
- September CFE: September 15-17 th
- September Module Exams: September 23-24

Exams are held throughout the year, aligned with the CPA PEP exam schedule and CPA preparatory course exam schedule. Supervisors are contracted separately for each exam offering and the hourly pay rate for this role is $50/hr.
