Warehouse Administrative Clerk

Location: Brantford, ON

Travel Requirement: Occasional travel between Brantford and Tillsonburg locations

Compensation: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, In Office (5 days per week)

The Opportunity

Platinum Fire is looking for a motivated and organized Warehouse Administrative Clerk to join our team in Brantford. This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse administration, purchasing support, inventory tracking, customer service, and general office administration.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Label, organize, and track inventory and warehouse materials.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and inventory documentation.
• Create, process, and update purchase orders in Microsoft Business Central.
• Obtain pricing and product information from vendors and suppliers.
  
  
  
  
• Enter parts, quotes, and vendor information into company systems.
• Track special orders and purchasing activity using Microsoft Excel.
• Process invoices and assist with accounts payable administration.
• Support front desk operations, point-of-sale transactions, and customer inquiries.
• Prepare and send customer quotations as required.
• Provide general administrative support to office and operations teams.
• Travel between Brantford and Tillsonburg locations as required.

Qualifications

Required

• Previous experience in an administrative, office support, customer service, receiving, or warehouse environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence.
• Ability to travel between Brantford and Tillsonburg as required.

Assets

• Experience using Microsoft Business Central.
• Experience with purchase order processing and accounts payable.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Experience working with vendors and sourcing products.
• Previous experience in distribution, construction, industrial, trades, or fire protection environments.
