In this critical position, you'll manage four distinct safety communication programs, ensuring government employees and the public remain secure during high-risk situations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring check-ins for employees, managing public hotline queries, and providing essential information to Peace Officers. Strong skills in technology and customer service are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor government employee check-ins during high-risk tasks • Manage calls for 310-lands and 310-fire hotlines • Assist Peace Officers with license plate and registration inquiries • Handle confidential communication as assigned • Ensure all interactions maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Requirements: • 3+ years of customer service experience • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to work rotating shifts • Experience in a high-pressure environment preferred
