Lead impactful construction projects in remote Nunavut at Penn-Co as a Site Superintendent on a 21/7 rotation. Drive safety, efficiency, and quality while developing local Inuit workforce capacity. As a Site Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Your hands-on leadership will enhance community infrastructure while mentoring local workers. In this role, effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to safety are essential for success in challenging environments. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily site operations to meet safety and quality standards
- Manage site crews and subcontractors with clear accountability




- Develop short-term schedules and lookahead plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes and environmental regulations
- Maintain accurate project documentation and coordination Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Proven leadership in site operations and project delivery
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
