Working closely with nurses, care coordinators, clients, and family members, you'll help promote independence, dignity, safety, and overall wellbeing while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those you support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when required.Provide companionship and emotional support.Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a safe living environment.Remind clients to take medications as directed by healthcare professionals.Monitor changes in clients' physical or emotional condition and report concerns promptly.Accompany clients to medical appointments, community activities, and errands when required.Maintain accurate care records and documentation.Follow individualized care plans and infection prevention procedures.Promote client independence, dignity, and quality of life.Communicate effectively with clients, families, nurses,
