Role: Senior Project Manager EMRClient: Ontario GovernmentJob Type: ContractTerm: 15 Months + extension optionWorkplace Type: OnsitePay Rate: $100 – $110.00Start date: 2-3 weeksLocation: Toronto, ONLanguage: EnglishClearance: N/AQualifications- Experience with working for the Ontario Public Sector.- Experience with implementing an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).- Experience in health care, preferably a correctional health care setting.- Experience working on digital health related projects.Criteria 1: Project Management- 5+ years Project Management experience managing large, complex application development projects and associated challenges.- Demonstrated experience with creation of project schedules, project plans, issue & risk logs, status reports and associated artefacts.- Demonstrated understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle and agile development concepts.- Demonstrated ability to manage project resources (team members) by aligning skills to tasks.- Evaluating progress against schedule and adjusting efforts as required.- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to apply project management methodologies, tools and techniques.- Experience identifying,



analyzing, prioritizing, mitigating and communicating project risks throughout project lifecycle.- Experience working on digital health projects.- Experience implementing an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solution.- Experience working on projects within the Ontario Public Sector.- Experience working on projects with a correctional health care setting.Criteria 2: OPS Architecture Gating Process Experience- Demonstrated experience taking projects through OPS corporate gating process.- Developing artifacts for Architecture Gating Processes- AGP0, AGP1 and AGP2, PIA, TRA etc.- Demonstrated experience with leading team to develop business and/or functional requirements.Criteria 3: Experience Implementing EMR Solutioning- Prior experience implementing EMR solution.- Gathering requirements.- Rollout strategy.Criteria 4: Public Sector Experience- Previous experience working in the Ontario Public Sector.- Health sector experience is an asset.Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada.#J-18808-Ljbffr
