Senior Business & Change Management Analyst

Job Description : Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business& Change Management Analyst in Edmonton, AB!

Must Have Primary Skills :

- 5+ years experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management
- 5+ years experience supporting technology, process, organizational design, or IT operations initiatives
- 5+ years experience developing project documents, business cases, roadmaps, governance materials, and project reporting
- 5+ years experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders
- 5+ years experience with Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies
- 5+ years experience gathering detailed business and technical requirements
- 5+ years experience leading project governance, Change Management, and communication activities
- Strong experience in process improvement, stakeholder engagement, UAT, implementation, and organizational readiness

Education & Experience:

- Universitydegree in Business, Information Systems, Change Management, or a relateddiscipline
- 4+years of progressively responsible experience in Business Analysis,ChangeManagement, Project Delivery, Process Improvement, or relatedfields
- CertifiedBusiness Analyst (IIBA) or equivalentCertifiedChange Management Skilled such as Prosci, ACMP, CMI, or APMG

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :





- 5+ years experience with complex IT systems, data sources, web services, and legacy systems
- Experience with data integration between applications
- Experience as a Change Manager on large, complex software application projects
- Active PMP certification
- Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
- Experience with Prosci ADKAR, ACMP, Kotter, or similar Change Management methodologies
- Experience with Business Intelligence, reporting, and performance measurement

Proven Experience In :

- Leading complex Business Analysis and Change Management initiatives
- Developing project plans, reporting, roadmaps, governance documents, and business cases
- Requirements gathering and business process improvement
- Stakeholder engagement and senior leadership communication
- Change impact, organizational readiness, communications, training, and adoption
- Supporting technology projects from planning through implementation
- Working with cross-functional technical and business teams
