Aspire Contracting is a growing residential construction company serving Simcoe County and surrounding areas. We specialize in high-quality renovations—particularly full bathroom remodels—while also completing a wide range of projects including kitchens, basements, additions, new builds, and exterior hardscaping.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Renovation Helper / Skilled Labourer with a broad knowledge of residential construction. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple scopes of work and takes pride in delivering clean, high-quality results.
This role involves assisting with all aspects of construction, from demolition and site prep through to finishing work. Projects vary, so the ability to adapt and understand different phases of construction is important.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with residential renovations and current construction projects
- Supporting bathroom, kitchen, basement, and addition builds
- General carpentry, prep work, and basic finishing tasks
- Site preparation, demolition, and cleanup
- Assisting with exterior work including decks, grading, and hardscaping
- Working alongside lead trades to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of construction experience required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Broad knowledge of residential construction (renovations and/or new builds)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small crew
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
