Your contributions extend to new issue transactions, structured products, and strategic growth initiatives. Collaborating closely with advisors, executives, and legal counsel, you will gain valuable exposure across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage advisor book acquisition transactions from assessment to closing
• Prepare transaction materials and approval documentation




• Coordinate with advisors and stakeholders throughout processes
• Support equity and fixed income recent issues and M&A; assignments
• Conduct research and maintain organized transaction records
Requirements:
• 2-5 years’ experience in investment banking or corporate finance
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
