Supplier Quality Engineering Team Lead (Hybrid)Kardium Inc., Burnaby, BC, CanadaJob DescriptionLead supplier quality engineering activities for raw materials, components, and contract manufacturers to support Kardium’s production scale‑up and ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and company standards.ResponsibilitiesProactively lead supplier quality engineering activities for raw materials, components, and contract manufacturers.Partner with key suppliers to establish robust quality plans that ensure high‑yield commercial scaling.Conduct supplier audits and assessments in accordance with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and company requirements.Analyze supplier quality data, identify trends, and implement improvement initiatives to reduce defects and variability.Drive supplier corrective and preventive actions (SCAR/CAPA) and ensure timely closure.Lead a team of Supplier Quality Engineers, building capabilities and prioritizing team activities to support production schedules and quality objectives.Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations to mitigate and resolve supplier‑related quality issues.Participate in material review board (MRB)
