Key Responsibilities: • Provide product expertise for effective parts recommendations • Manage parts inquiries via phone, email, and counter • Oversee sourcing, ordering, and inventory management • Build hydraulic hoses for customers and internal use • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies

Requirements: • Post-secondary education required • Minimum 3 years in a parts service role • Familiarity with DBS, SIS, Word, and Excel • Willingness to work a rotating schedule • Strong communication and organizational skills
