and business development activities.Develop strong relationships with branch partners to generate referral opportunities and identify member needs.Provide investment, retirement, estate, and financial planning advice tailored to each client 's goals.Conduct portfolio reviews and asset consolidation strategies to help clients maximize their financial outcomes.Leverage Centres of Influence (COIs), professional networks, and referrals to attract new business.Educate members and branch partners on wealth management solutions, investment products, and planning strategies.Skills and Qualifications3+ years of experience in wealth management, investment sales, financial planning, or a related advisory roleCompletion of CSC, CPH, and WME, with current registration as an Investment Representative (CIRO)CFP or PFP designation preferred; CIM or CFA considered an assetDemonstrated success in asset gathering, business development, and client acquisitionExperience working with ETFs and fee-based investment solutionsStrong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skillsA proactive, sales-driven approach with the ability to build trust and influence clientsNote from the Hiring ManagerWe 're looking for someone who can build genuine relationships, earn trust quickly, and confidently grow a book of business.
