Shoppers Drug Mart in Toronto is seeking a Quality Specialist to join our e-Commerce distribution center. You will implement and maintain quality systems, ensure Health Canada GMP compliance, and oversee CAPAs, recalls and regulatory documentation as required.
Reporting to the Manager, Quality Assurance, you will conduct internal audits of SDM websites and apps, liaise with suppliers, and drive continuous improvement through KPI tracking, regulatory reviews and coordination of corrective actions.
